Liebherr: Manufacturer’s warranty – Two (2) years full warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain official receipt as proof of purchase.
Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia only. Please allow 4 to 6 working days within Klang Valley and 6 to 8 days outside of Klang Valley from the date of acceptance of your official order and payment.
Delivery hour is between 9.00am to 6.00pm from Monday to Friday. Additional surcharge applies for after office hour and weekend delivery, cancellation or postponement without prior notice.
For delivery to Langkawi, Tioman, Pangkor, Genting Highland, Cameron Highland, Sabah or Sarawak, there will be additional charges on shipping and duration of the delivery will take up 10 to 14 days upon receiving the orders.

To place your order, you can either call us at 019 – 961 9672 or email to us at sales@koolhaus.com.my indicating the model, your contact name and number. We will confirm on the availability of the product and pricing with an official quotation within 24 hours. Orders can be paid via bank transfer prior to delivery.
All payment made are not refundable. However you may request for an exchange to another model if stocks are available. Kool Haus reserve the right to reject any cancellation.
In the unlikely event that the goods are damage during the delivery process or we have dispatched the wrong model, we will offer an immediate replacement at no extra charges.
